Our Mission

To cultivate a generation of mental health-informed youth and communities.

Our Core Focus Areas

MiNova Mental Health Foundation focuses on empowering youth, strengthening communities, and advancing mental health knowledge through training, awareness, and research-driven initiatives.

Targeted Beneficiaries

Youths (15–29 years)

We equip young people with knowledge, coping skills, and advocacy tools to promote positive mental health.

Girls and Women

We support their emotional wellbeing and empower them to navigate unique social and mental health challenges.

Teachers & Coaches

We train educators and mentors to identify mental health issues early and create supportive learning environments.

Students

We provide guidance and psycho-education to help them manage stress, build confidence, and excel academically.

Community Leaders

We engage leaders to champion mental health awareness and influence positive change within their communities.
